managed services offering in five flexible tiers to address a
business's size as well
as to meet specific customer business requirements. Additionally, customers can
create a custom A La Carte tier if desired.

The Five Kindware Tiers
Tier 1
The first
tier was created for customers that do not have a significant need for
IT technical support, however are looking for an affordable solution
that ensures their servers and PCs receive the necessary patches and
anti-virus updates as well as proactive monitoring is performed on
their servers.
Tier 2
The
second tier was designed to meet the needs of customers that have a
need for IT technical support in addition to an affordable solution
that ensures their servers and PCs receive the necessary patches and
anti-virus updates, adware / spyware removal, access to desktop support,
as well as proactive monitoring is performed on their servers The
customer will also receive a pool of IT technical support hours on
which they can draw from each month for their support needs. Coverage
provided is 8x5 with a 4 hour response.
Tier 3
The
third tier was created for technology- dependent companies that
require 24x7 IT support from SBSI. This tier includes all of the
benefits as found in Tier 2 in addition to bi-annual Health Audits,
weekly reporting, as well as a pool of monthly regular and flex IT technical support hours
on which they can draw from each month for
their support needs. This offering includes a premium coverage plan
of 24x7 - 2 hour response.
Tier 4
The
fourth tier was created for technology dependent companies that
require not only complete 24x7 IT support from SBSI, but also require
dedicated weekly onsite support. This tier includes all of the
benefits of Tier 3 in addition to a larger pool of monthly regular and
flex support hours, which includes onsite support.
Server
The server tier is for customers who have reliable in-house PC
support and do not need assistance from SBSI, but would like SBSI
to fully manage and support their server environment and get all the
advantages of SBSI's proactive approach. Additionally, because of the
exclusive focus on the server environment, SBSI offers Server Repair
Assurance as an included component with this tier. |
